Abstract The provision of medical equipment during pandemics is one the most crucial issues to be dealt with by health managers. This issue has revealed itself in context COVID-19 outbreak many hospitals and centers. Excessive demand for ventilators led a shortage this several Therefore, planning manage critical hospital transfer between different event pandemic can used as quick fix. In paper, multi-objective optimization model proposed deal problem hub network design distribution face epidemic diseases such Covid-19. objective functions include minimizing costs, destructive environmental effects transportation, delivery time hospitals. Since it difficult estimate demand, especially conditions disease outbreaks, parameter considered scenario-based under uncertain conditions. To evaluate performance model, case study eastern region Iran investigated sensitivity analysis performed on outputs. changing cost parameters related building infrastructure hubs also vehicle capacity analyzed too. results that produce justified optimal global solutions and, therefore, solve real-world problems.
